This is the show where we get into the minds of successful domain name investors – people we call Sherpas – and talk about the value of specific domain names. By listening to the Sherpas, we expand our thought process so we can become more successful investors ourselves.
In this DomainSherpa Review:
- We learn what the Sherpas bought or sold recently: Immutable.com, Declare.CO, 1 word .COM
- An investor’s portfolio is appraised: CourtesyDiscount.com BlingMasters.com AutoHealing.com…
- Get your bids in soon for these NameJet auctions: Kick.com GrillKing.com Cafe.net …
- And much more!
We’re joined by three Domain Sherpas: Bill Sweetman, Brian Harbin and Andrew Rosener.

Thanks Sherpas for a great show. Entertaining and informative.
Hope to see Bill and Brian back on the show soon.
Nice to see Bill and Brian on the show. Would love to see both of them back on the review sometime!
Great show! Lots of tip bits of info. Thanks, Tess, Drew, Bill, and Brian!
Question; Why are many Domain deals under an NDA? What’s the big deal about “Not Disclosing” what you paid for a name?
Can you put how to submit 25 names somewhere, and if it’s a donation? Thanks. jb
i think a lot of people register junk names because they really believe that they can get $100k+ for their worthless domains because they heard a story somewhere like mike mann paying $15 and selling for $150k or whatever but they don’t hear the full story that people like mike mann owns hundreds of thousands of domains and sells only a couple at crazy high prices.
Just like on here, you guys always paint a picture of your average domains selling for thousands and your average newbie joe then goes out and registers a bunch of bullshitttt hoping to sell for couple thousand and it never happens and then you guys wonder why the hellll did this guy register a bunch of bullshitttt.
Just like immutable selling for $100k…this is not your average sale or declare.co selling for $22k…
Now your average newbie joe probably watching this will go out and register a bunch of .co hoping to sell for thousands and it will never happen.
You guys need to tell the average newbie joe that selling a domain for a thousand dollars is like winning a lottery ticket…it rarely happens.
If you paid good money for the domain, then you might be able to flip it, but if u recently hand registered a domain, don’t expect to sell it for $100k.
This message is for all the average newbie joes starting out in domains.
Sorry for the long rant.
Oh before i go…
Thank you Sherpas for your time and info…
And Great show as always!!!
Excellent show, bring Bill Sweetman back as much as possible!
