Hi, I have a number of questions below that I, and possibly some of your readers, need expert insight on. Any advice is greatly appreciated, and helps a lot in moving forward in the right direction. Thank you very much!
—- Do 1 page, or 5 page websites really need monthly SEO, that can cost about $350 monthly which is about $4,000 yearly cash out of pocket?
As you know in business, it is crucial to have a return (profit) on your investment:
—- After creating a 1 to 5 page website that is up and running for a full year, which would include say $350 monthly SEO costing $4,ooo a year, can you expect — in the domain name industry — to gross $8,000, or more, that 1st year to cover your $4,000 yearly SEO — and see a very small gross profit of $4,000?
—- And, if that is a common scenario, then how would someone middle income who wants to leave their full-time job, do so with one website?
—- What is the reality of domaining? Can one expect 1 website to get you out of your old career, and into the new career of the internet. In the example above of: $4,000 cash spent with SEO, and $8,000 gross earnings, leaving a $4,000 pre-tax profit (after 1st year in business), it’s clearly not enough to make a career change. And it seems the $8,000 gross revenue may be an OVER estimate. If you can please provide some clarity on the above. Thank you very much.
ALSO:
If you could be so kind and please provide guidance to the following questions, thank you:
—- Who can recommend a reputable person/ small company, that can create 1 to 5 page WordPress websites at a reasonable price?
—- Because of budget, if I had an SEO specialist apply 1 time only SEO at the very beginning that a WordPress 1 to 5 page website is created (which I hope will involve the finding of rich short and long tailed keywords being applied to the: Title; Meta Tags; placed and Hyper linked into the relevant content) — is that initial 1 time only SEO enough SEO for say, 6 months, or longer?
—- What do you think about SEO on a monthly basis for a WordPress 1 to 5 page/ mini site. Is it necessary? How about for a 5 to 10 page Wordpress mini site, is that necessary?
—- I was curious to find out what source can I use to find the keywords in the English language that have the absolute highest CPC’s, i.e. the top 500/ top 100?
—- What source can I use to find the highest ranked (most searched) categories, i.e. top 100; top 10?
—- Once a website, a WordPress 1 page mini site, or WordPress 5 – 10 page site, receives a number of consistent monthly visits, and the idea of then bringing in increased revenue not through Google Adsence, or affiliate ads, but now through “Static Ads” similar to that of Michael Castello of Palm springs .com:
A) is there a company/ broker out there that provides “Static Ads” to websites that have interesting amounts of monthly visits?
B) What would be considered a breaking point of having monthly visitors, and to move on to higher paying “Static Ads”, i.e. is it 1,000, or 5,000 visits a month?
—- For the domain name industry, with the many domainers, domain names and websites to match, I would think that there would be SEO experts/ companies that provide discount prices because of the volume of work to be had. The comparison would be a wholesaler of these services. Would you know of any reputable SEO ( and I have to say, affordable) experts/ companies that would fit my structure of 1 to 5 page websites?
—- Would you also know of affordable Content providers, so that once I find someone to create 1 to 5 page Word press sites for me, I will have to, then, provide Content?
—- Could you let me know who are the top 3 reputable affiliate ad companies?
—- SEO experts I believe would take care of not only finding the best short and long tailed keywords for a websites: title, meta tags, and content, but I think they may also find the best Links (back links) to other sites, and in reverse. If not, could you please let me know of the top 3 link companies?
—- In your opinion, what are the best places to search for “dropped names”?
—- Also, what are the best places to sell names, and websites, to the industry as well as the public?
Thank you very much, one and all, for your time in answering my questions. It makes a really big difference!
