  To have effective SEO, the Content on a website has to have rich keywords placed into it (hopefully hyper linked for PPC), so it seems that the SEO specialist and content writing would work together. Is that true, or do SEO specialists have their own in house Content writers?

  It depends. Some yes, some no. There are, I’m sure, a ton of variations.

  I use MediaPiston.com for some of my writing and they have a way to specify how many times a keyword phrase should be specified in the writing. So they lead with good content, but understand that SEO is a necessary piece of any good online content strategy. Many writers that are focused online understand this.
