There’s an old real estate joke that many people recite: What are the three most important factors of real estate?

2. Location
3. Location

Remember, you can always change the structure, the finishes (moldings, etc.), the layout, and even put in a pool or other features, but you cannot move it. It’s attached to the land. The same is true for domain names. will always be worth more than or because of it’s location.
